2. Personalized Products

Yaadra specializes in custom photobooks, journals, and personalized gifting items.
By placing an order:

  • You agree that all photos/content you upload belong to you or you have permission to use.

  • We are not responsible for the quality of user-uploaded images (low resolution, cropping issues, etc.).

  • You grant us a license to print and use your uploaded content strictly for fulfilling your order.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided but may vary due to logistics or unforeseen delays.

  • Once an order is placed and processing begins, cancellations may not be possible for personalized items.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment must be completed before order processing.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Since our products are custom-made:

  • Refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects, incorrect prints, or damaged deliveries.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Replacement approval is at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Wrong photos uploaded by the customer

  • Spelling/content errors made by the customer

  • Color variations due to screen differences

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Yaadra.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. User Content Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your uploaded content does not violate any copyright laws.

  • Ensuring your images do not contain inappropriate, abusive, illegal, or offensive material.

We reserve the right to reject any order that violates these guidelines.

8. Privacy

Your use of Yaadra.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Yaadra.com is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business resulting from the use of our website.

  • Quality issues arising from user-uploaded photos.

  • Any third-party failures (payment gateways, shipping partners, etc.)

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
